Dopey's Travels

Dopey’s been with us since September 2001, when our son Sam discovered him in a Happy Meal at the Cherry Hill (NJ) Mall. He wasn’t too thrilled at the time because he was expecting a Hot Wheels car. Ever since then, Dopey started showing up in some really interesting places. He really gets around. So all of you travelers out there - keep an eye out for Dopey. You could co-star in a blog.

Richard Dreyfuss, Oscar winner

Oscar-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss was kind enough to meet with Dopey on March 26, 2007. Dreyfuss and Dopey met up at the Philadelphia Bar Association's Quarterly Meeting and Luncheon at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue. You probably know Dreyfuss from his work in films like Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and The Goodbye Girl.

I explained the story behind Dopey and Dreyfuss looked at him and said, "yeah, it looks like he's been around."
